Scope
By placing an order you agree to our submission scope: single-product photos, raw materials, generic warrior or mythological archetypes only — no licensed or named characters (Goku, Iron Man, Marvel/DC/anime IP, etc.), no third-party brand marks, no logos, no trademarked packaging visible in the output. People, faces, pets and multi-material composites are out of scope.
Out-of-scope handling
Briefs that fall outside scope are converted to a generic equivalent OR refunded in full within 48 hours of brief receipt — your choice. We will message you before any conversion is applied so you can decide between a redirected concept or a refund.
Consent to edits
By submitting your photo and brief, you authorise the visual edits required to deliver within our scope, including the removal, distortion, or replacement of third-party logos, brand marks, trademarks, or packaging visible in the source image. The final deliverable may differ from the source where rights clearance, platform compliance, or our service scope requires.
License
All deliverables are licensed to the purchaser for use on their own social platforms. We retain the right to feature anonymised work in our portfolio. Source photos and briefs are stored privately for 90 days then deleted unless you request earlier removal.
Refunds
Refunds available within 48 hours of brief receipt if work has not yet started. Late delivery (past your tier's window) is covered by our delivery guarantee — your next carousel is free, no claim form.
Payment
Handled end-to-end by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
