What we collect
- Your name and email address
- Payment data — handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details
- The photos and brief you submit for your order
How we use it
We use the data above only to deliver your order. We don't sell, share, or use your data for advertising. We don't share your data with third parties beyond what's necessary to operate the service (Stripe for payments, our email provider for delivery emails).
Photo metadata
EXIF and GPS metadata is stripped from every photo at the moment it lands on our servers. Your iPhone shoot location, device fingerprint, and timestamps never persist on disk. The repo invariant is zero metadata-bearing images, ever.
Retention
Submitted photos and briefs are kept for 90 days from delivery, then deleted. We may retain anonymised carousels (your delivered files, with no customer-identifying metadata) in our portfolio — see Terms.
Your rights
Email studio.transformations@gmail.com at any time to:
- Request a copy of all data we hold on you (data export)
- Request immediate deletion of your photos / brief / account data
- Withdraw consent to portfolio use of your delivered work
We respond within 7 days.
Cookies
We use essential cookies only (session token after Stripe checkout). No tracking cookies, no third-party analytics scripts in the customer flow.
